Job Overview
The Director General is responsible for the General Administration and disciplinary control of Non-Academic staff of the University.
Key responsibilities include advising the Board of Governors and the Vice-Chancellor on policy matters and functioning as the Secretary to the Board of Governors.
External candidates require a PhD or a 2-year Masters in Administration/Management with 15 years of executive-level administrative experience.
Salary Scale: Rs. 189,530 - 11 x 4,850 - 246,780 p.m. (U-EX3 (1)-2025).
Applicants must be between 35 and 55 years of age (upper limit does not apply to internal candidates).
