Sealed bids are invited from eligible and qualified bidders for the Construction / Renovation Works of the Main Entrance and Gate of the University of Vocational Technology, Ratmalana under National Competitive Bidding (NCB).

The project includes construction of a modern and visually distinctive university entrance with architectural features, security offices, lighting, landscaping and associated external works.

Estimated Cost: Rs. 29 Million (excluding VAT) Construction Period: 120 Days

Eligibility:

Registered with CIDA – Building Construction Category C06 or above Valid registration at bid closing and contract award dates Not blacklisted

Bid Document Collection: 15 June 2026 – 30 June 2026 (Working Days, 9.00 a.m. – 2.00 p.m.) Non-refundable fee: Rs. 12,500.00

Pre-Bid Meeting: 23 June 2026 at 10.00 a.m. – UoVT, Ratmalana

Bid Submission Deadline: 01 July 2026 at 2.00 p.m.

Bid Security: Rs. 360,000.00 (Valid until 27 October 2026)
