Tender Notice – Outsourced Maintenance Services

The Chairman, Department Procurement Committee of the University of Vocational Technology (UoVT), invites sealed Expressions of Interest (EOI) and Proposals from eligible service providers for outsourced routine and preventive maintenance of electrical, mechanical, civil, plumbing, and related building services at UoVT, Ratmalana.

Scope: Routine & preventive maintenance, minor repairs, breakdown attendance, inspections (major repairs/new construction excluded).

Contract Period: 3 years, renewable annually subject to performance and approval.

Eligibility:

Legally registered business in Sri Lanka

Proven experience in similar services for large institutions

Adequate technical staff, supervisory capacity, and financial capability
